Aria Law
After witnessing her uncles be violently assaulted in a random incident of racism, Aria wanted to help her community, while starting a healing journey of her own. Along with her friends, she was inspired to make & sell buns to raise funds against anti-racism. Apart from volunteering, Aria also loves robotics, music, & games.
Alisha Shakih
Alisha Shaikh is part of the Bots and Buns festival youth team. She is going into her 3rd year of high school at McRoberts Secondary School in Richmond, BC. She also contributed to the BC Dumpling Festival last year. She has seven years of abacus education. In her free time, Alisha loves to hang out with friends and watch tv shows/movies. Need someone to tell you what 1239+34823=? She’s the girl to call!
